mmm....basil. :) My mom is starting to add a section to her blog called Recipe Wednesday, where every Wednesday she adds a recipe or five. (five if we're all very lucky!)
One of her blogs was about Basil and she added some delicious recipes using basil. My personal favorite is called "Peggy's Pesto". Absolutely amazing, you can close your eyes while eating it and imagine you are in Italy eating a meal made with fresh herbs from the garden and pure extra virgin olive oil. Wow! I am getting hungry just thinking about it.
